Introducing a Brand-New Tool (3PSQ) for Simplifying Distress Screening in a Biopsychosocial Pelvic Health Assessment with Dr. Judith Thompson
2 hours
Overview
In this session, Judith will discuss the development of a one-page screening tool that can be used in every pelvic pain assessment to determine the presence of self-reported distress measures such as stress, anxiety, depression, catastrophizing, fear, self-efficacy, trauma, and sexual assertiveness. This simplified tool has been validated in the pelvic pain population and has been shown to assess the important characteristics of nociplastic pain in this population.
